Yoga retreat program

If you want to have a great balance between mindfulness and being active, than Yoga is the perfect fit. So with Yoga you can create strength, energy and a peaceful mind. At HAPPYFISH we combine strength and relaxation moments within different sessions through different poses, called Asana’s. 

We will introduce you with different yoga styles because we want to make the retreat approachable for beginners as well. The retreat gives you the perfect opportunity to find out what style suits you most. So if you never practiced yoga before, the teachers are there to help you during the sessions. When there are certain poses or postures you cannot practice, no problem, our teachers will find a solution or different pose for you.

Yoga retreat activities

We want to make sure that you know exactly what you are getting yourself into on a HAPPYFISH yoga retreat. So therefore we have made a list of activities that are included:

  • 11 sessions of yoga
  • 6 nights of sleeping
  • 6 times breakfast
  • Friday Healthy BBQ
  • 1 relaxing massage
  • Bootcamp!
  • Pilates class
  • Surfday! (Tuesday 10:00am, surf session)
  • Welcome HAPPYFISH goodies
  • Scooter for six days or if you are not comfortable you have the option to get a bicycle. 
  • One-day trip to Ubud
  • Pickup from the airport

The choice of transformative, custom-tailored package is yours. We take great care to ensure our range of inspirational yoga, wellness and detox packages. Besides the activities within the yoga retreat there is enough time to wander around the Canggu area. So you can enjoy all the Bali activities and restaurants while driving around on the scooter.

Lunch and dinner is not included because we don’t want you to miss out on all the delicious (vegan) food near Canggu.  But if you like to stay in the villa our staff is there to help you order food, or they make you a healthy home cooked meal.

The Rooms

At the villa we have 6 rooms that can be used as a shared room with 2 beds or as a private room with double bed. All rooms have their own ensuite bathroom equipped with toilet, sink and shower. We provide towels and natural soaps. All rooms have airconditioning and the second floor rooms have a balcony.

HAPPYFISH Villa

The breakfast area has place for 12 people, our kitchen staff will be there from 8.30am till 11.30am to prepare a variety of breakfast for you.
We have a big 7×3 meter infinity pool with sun beds around to relax whenever you want. You feel more for some time in the shades? We have created a corner full of pillows where you can sit more quiet.

On top of the building you will find the yoga shala, an amazing view over rice-fields and even a glimpse of the sea can be spotted.
